This happened to an acquaintance of mine a few days ago.
She pulls up to a gas station to fill up and sees a guy smoking right next to the pump. She asks the guy “Excuse me sir. Could you please not smoke here. I would like to fill my car up, and its just not safe with the lit cigarette.” To which he replied “uhhhh….. yeah…. no…..”
his took her by surprise, and she decided top call the police. The police upon answering the call proceeded to tell her that it was not illegal to smoke at a gas station! The man was perfectly within his right to smoke at a gas station!
This is the glorious state of Texas, where it can be made illegal to smoke in restaurants and bars in order to protect innocent people from cancer, but if its a gas station, then light up partner! Its gonna be a blast!
Inbred idiots!
