Back to India

The weekend at sydney was good. Did some sightseeing and went looking for places of aboriginal significance. It’s a beautiful city. But its sad the way the natives have been driven from their homeland and have been reduced to curious exhibits in the reserves meant for them.

Also the history of settlers in sydney is so young that it hardly holds any meaning in taking about it as the old times. Every other house in the villages of india is older than the oldest surviving house in sydney, yet the house in sydney becomes a museum and the houses in our villages is a rubble that still stands and refuses to come down :)

Back in India, the jet lag seems to be getting better of me. I am hopelessly drowsy at 7:30 in the evening and wide awake at 3:30 in the morning!!

Will take me a few days to get back to routine.
