I just received my credit card statement… damn, and it doesnt sound good at all. Seems like I just cant help myself from spending :(
And to make matters worse, almost every bank I have taken a loan from or invested in their binds have mailed me a free credit card. It is turning out to be a debt trap I tell you. I have tried to surrender them but its not easy. They simply refuse to cancel the card. They tell me they will waive to fee off for another year, so effectly it wont cost me a thing blah, blah. Getting a card is the easiest thing, but when it comes to surrendering it, atlas has it easier than you trying to cancel your card!
May be there should be an anti-credit-card group….. or a credit-card-addicts anonynomous or something like that. In the same spirit I gotta hand it to Java city for not accepting credit cards. Guess that’s one of the reasons I dont go extravagant in that place :)
My next resolution is to surrender all my credit cards, except one…. need them for emergencies.
